Drawing Routing Arrows

You can draw the route your Work Items take by drawing directly on the simulation window.

Two methods are provided:

1. Click the “Route drawing mode” button so that it appears depressed.
2. Click on the simulation object you want the route to go FROM.
3. Click on the simulation object you want the route to go TO.

Press and hold the SHIFT key and drag with the mouse from the first (source) object to the second (destination) object. Let go of the left mouse button when the mouse arrow is over the destination Work Center.

You don't need to be in “Route drawing mode” to use this method.
You can remove an existing route arrow by drawing it again.
You can also use the links dialog to add/remove routing arrows.

Right click on a Routing Arrow to review and amend its properties, such as travel time, color etc.
