Resource - On Hold Event
The Resource Visual Logic event On Hold executes when an Activity is ready to start work and has held some Resources. It happens after Route-In-After just as the Activity is confirming the Resource type it has gathered to assess work time.
It happens at this time even if the “Require Resources before collecting work” check box is checked.
