Create Break Type
Creates a new break type on specified object unless it already exists. The BREAKDOWN_TYPE GDI is set to the new name.
Parameters
Simulation Object: Conveyor, Work Center or Work Entry Point where break type should be created
Break Type Name - Name of the new break type. Adjusted if invalid. If it already exists the command does nothing.
