Add Automaintain Name List

Adds a sheet location to the list of automatically maintained name lists

• Sheet location of Names - Top of column of names of objects (can be text) e.g. “SheetVar1[2,5]”
  
• Direction - Is the data in Column (“C”) or Row (“R”)?

• Add speed list location
• Erase speed list location
• Refresh object speed lists
• Set Object Var from Object Speed Code
